We study transcriptional regulation and intrinsically disordered proteins using advanced live-cell imaging methods
We develop methods including high-resolution imaging to understand the interaction behaviors of intrinsically disordered protein regions and elucidate their roles in transcriptional regulation under normal and disease conditions.
